1945, 25 l. arancio e blu, raffigurante un ciclista portalettere, foglietto di dieci esemplari non dentellati su carta spesa e con gomma integra (piccola irregolarità); due pieghe che interessano solo due esemplari. Trattasi probabilmente di una prova di colore; la S.E.I.S. aveva operato per meno di due mesi nel 1945. Rarissimo.
