1895-96 “On India” 4a slate-green mint block of 12 (4×3), lower marginal (pos.86/113) and showing varieties “no hook to r in Africa” (pos.88) and “inverted V for A in Africa” (pos.101), tropicalised gum otherwise very fine, the largest recorded multiple according to Minns (p.77) (S.G. £384+).
