1947 (Nov 3) Incoming first flight cover from Jamaica bearing 1d and 1 1/2d tied by Halfway-Tree cds, endorsed “First Official Flight Jamaica to Cayman Islands” in manuscript with typed “By Cayman Island Airways”, reverse with Cayman Brac NO 18 cds, very fine, ex James Podger. Note: The service was abandoned and the few covers prepared were not flown.
