1872 (Sept 27) Cover to Giurgio franked with a 10b ultramarine, Carol I with beard, imperforate, good to large even margins, tied by single circle Braila cds, endorsed with “Prin acceleratu” (by fast train), and a “P.D.” mark front, arrival on reverse dated 28.9.; only 15 covers known with this stamp and very rare with the “Prin acceleratu” manuscript notation.
