1872 (Sept 27) Cover to Giurgio franked with a 10b ultramarine, Carol I with beard, imperforate, good to large even margins, tied by single circle Braila cds, endorsed with « Prin acceleratu » (by fast train), and a « P.D. » mark front, arrival on reverse dated 28.9.; only 15 covers known with this stamp and very rare with the « Prin acceleratu » manuscript notation.
