1870 (Nov 11) Printed matter cover sent to Targu Jui, via Bucharest and Craiova, franked with a 3b violet, Carol I with whiskers, imperforate, four large to very large margins, tied by blue “Ploesti”, “P.D.” boxed in blue to front, Bucharest transit and thimble arrival, superb quality, certainly the finest known 3b on printed matter item; signed Heimbüchler; ex Odor (1936).
