1866 20par on thin paper from stone C in almost full mint sheet (one stamp removed at bottom left), except for a few normal creases as to be expected where the sheet has been folded it is in very good condition, ideal for the specialist with numerous plate flaws indicating a very worn printing, very rare with the major name sales of the past years missing such an item and hence a major rarity of Romania, cert. Gmach (2021).
