1862 3par strip of four, cut into and with several creases, on large part cover to Galatz tied by blue Jassy “FRANCO” oval cancels, stamps removed from the original 30par franking, still a a very rare usage of the 3par, cert. Heimbüchler (2000) and Gmach (2021).
