1893 (Sept 12) Registered cover franked with the first issue set of seven colours tied by the “Cetigne” thimble cds, sent to Munich, with arrival mark to the back dated 18 Sept, the back is stained and browned, a rare and visually appealing cover; one of three seven-colour frankings known and a must for an important Montenegro exhibit
