1916 (Feb 28) 4h postcard sent from “HANDENI” uprated with 4h stamp sent to Germany and endorsed “via Lisbon Portuguese Packet”, with “ZENSUR PASSIERT DEUTSCH OSTAFRIKA” censor mark, and mail was confiscated y the British and delivered in 1919, a rare and interesting card
