1923 Ppc franked at picture-side 30Pf green surcharged 8 Tausend (2), right adhesive showing famous plate error ‘INVERTED 8’ + at front additional franking 3000M brown (6) + 2000M blue, all bearing cds KOELN 30.8.23 to Czechoslovakia, postally used a scarce error (Mi for cancelled €450).
