Locals: 1869 Express City post vertical pair with coupon which are nearly detached (presumably for easy separation, cancelled by light oval “G. BLOM” cachet, with the stamps gummed and the coupons not, with ms in French “Bought at Lubeck 21st July 1862”, unusual.
