1843, 30r black, worn impression together with 60r black, intermediate impression, both displaying large margins all around and tied to piece by Pernambuco “shield” datestamp; the strike of the postmark below has been slightly painted with the letters “EO” in a small portion where it should read “PERN.°”, barely detracting from this scarce combination franking.
