1843, 30r black, worn impression together with 60r black, intermediate impression, both displaying large margins all around and tied to piece by Pernambuco « shield » datestamp; the strike of the postmark below has been slightly painted with the letters « EO » in a small portion where it should read « PERN.° », barely detracting from this scarce combination franking.
