1854, 1r ultramarine, generous margins in contrast to the frequent tight ones found, mint with gum and in a bright appealing shade, few slight tone spots caused by the gum and mentioned for accuracy, very rare in this condition; just 2,000 or 3,000 units of this denomination were printed; signed CEM and Stolow.
