1940 1s green and purple-brown with the scarce “repaired chimney” variety on 1944 airmail from Kingston to Hounslow, England, used in combination with a vertical pair of 6d and a single 2d value, tied by cds, with colonial secretary, Kingston, Jamaica, violet cachet to front. a difficult variety to locate on a commercial cover (SG £650 for stamp off cover).
