1866 Letter forwarded from Caracas via La Guaira sent to Bordeaux, franked with irregular block of three 2 Reales green with zig-zag roulette perforations, cancelled by a “O” postmark, endorsed via England, with hs charge mark “90” and accountancy mark “GB/1F60c” to front, a red London cds ‘JA 30’, Paris dated the same day and arrival ‘JA 31’ to the reverse, some faults to cover, however very rare triple local rate franking; cert.
