Envelope to France with 1855-73 1/2rp blue-green, just touched at lower right otherwise good to large margins, cancelled by very fine oval, endorsed “vapor Espanol”, carried to St. Thomas with Danish entry and passed to the British P.O. with partial cds on reverse, sent to London with “GB / 1F60c” Anglo-French accountancy hs and “8” decimes hs, French transits incl. St. Malo arrival, portions of backflap missing. A very rare if not unique example of this routing via Danish West Indies.
