1924, King Fouad: 10m. bright rose and 15m. bright blue, all neatly tied on 1928 (8.2) registered Official Egyptian State Railways, Telegraphs and Telephones stationery envelope, from Faggala to Herts, London, England, by FAGGALA/8.2.28 cds with similar cds, red registered label, and violet bilingual registered hs alongside, a very fine and extremely rare usage, as only a few covers have been recorded with this issue.
