Description
1913, OHHS: 5m. rose-carmine, with quotation marks, showing inverted overprint “O.H.H.S.”, plus the “no value” stamp in chestnut, neatly tied on 1914 (16.11) registered official cover sent locally ‘En Ville’ in Alexandria, by ALEXANDRIA / R.8 / 16. XI. 14. 2 – PM cds, additionally, the cover bears the bilingual ALEXANDRIA / PORTS & LIGHTHOUSES ADMINISTRATION struck in blue, an important and unique showpiece, cert.RPS (1939).
