20pa. slate blue, tied on 1879 printed matter newspaper wrapper from Cairo to Alexandria, by POSTE EGIZIANE / CAIRO cds with similar alongside, some tears to the wrapper not affecting the stamp, the 20pa. rate was for a 40 to 60 gram item, very rare.
