1876, 20r brown-lilac, single and pair on label affixed to a a brochure or newspaper in German sent from Rio de Janeiro to Havre (France), at special reduced printed matter rate, with each stamp cancelled by unusual “1” numeral, red framed “P.D.” and Le Havre entry cds in France; a probably unique usage.
