1820 (Sept 15) Entire letter (French fiscal cachets inside) to Bordeaux, bearing “PORT. LOUIS./POST. PAID.” oval hs on departure, “COL PAR/AURAY” two-line hs at top, charged “12” on arrival, a very late usage of the Post Paid postmark.
