1904-07 1/2a to 10R set in mint n.h. “SPECIMEN” blocks of four, the high values with “SPECIMEN” in violet and lower values with overprint in black, some with slightly toned gum, very fine and scarce, thought to have been used to cancel presentation sets and much rarer than the UPU specimen overprints.
