Italy: 1860-67 Group of 7 underpaid covers with different “Insufficente” hs, incl. 1860 Prov. Govt. 20c to Genova with cursive hs (cert. Raybaudi), 1863 15c blue on two covers with one tied by “VIA DI MARE” hs, two with 1865 20c on 15c, one with 1867-77 20c and one to France with 55c franking, an attractive group which would make a nice addition to a postal history collection.
