Italy: 1860-67 Group of 7 underpaid covers with different « Insufficente » hs, incl. 1860 Prov. Govt. 20c to Genova with cursive hs (cert. Raybaudi), 1863 15c blue on two covers with one tied by « VIA DI MARE » hs, two with 1865 20c on 15c, one with 1867-77 20c and one to France with 55c franking, an attractive group which would make a nice addition to a postal history collection.
