A N° 3” octagonal ds (Salles fig. 1416) and carried by the “Louisiane”, British three-line Panama transit ds, “F*58” Franco-Italian Convention marking and “28” due hs paid with 1870-74 postage dues 40c (2) used with receiving cds, very fine and scarce; ex Palumbo.
