1886 5c red, unused block of 22 without gum; the absence of some of the frame lines between stamps and the overall coarseness may indicate that it originates from late printings from new stones, where the bottom row was printed sideways pointing to the left instead of to the right (no reprints are recorded for this issue); a fascinating and very rare multiple.
