1860 (ca) Registered money order from Bakau to Jassy, bearing three neat strikes of fancy “FRANCO/BACAU/4 Lei Par” with the figure inserted in ms, “BAKEU/11-2/MOLDOVA” inclduing the “2” partly in ms, and “RECEPISSE” straight line, all in blue, three back flaps missing and reinforced tear not affecting the main hs; a superb strike of this rare postmark; signed Heimbüchler; ex “Moldavitza” collection.
