1869 5b orange, 10b blue and 25b orange and blue, only the 10b touched at top left, full to mainly large margins in other respects, tied by clean “Braila/Dim” cds’s on 19 December 1869 entire letter to Constantinople, with Austrian backstamp on arrival; the only cover recorded paying the 40 bani rate to Turkey exhibiting this franking (the usual franking being 15b and 25b); signed Heimbüchler.
