2d blue, horizontal right sheet marginal pair, positions 7-8, huge uneven margins, both cancelled by crisp black oval bars cancels, and tied by French boxed ‘APRES LE DEPART’, on 1859 folded letter sheet from Port Louis via Suez to Paris (France), with “8” decimes hs and Suez red cds alongside, the stamps have been lifted, cover restored and then reaffixed, a superb early impression pair on cover, possibly the finest pair ever seen
