1854-55 4a Blue and Red, second printing (head die II, frame die I), horizontal pair from pos. 9-10 on the sheet (wmk reversed) in an unusual shade combination with pale frame but head towards indigo, neatly cancelled by individual “1” numerals of Bombay, and additionally showing part red boxed “Paid” ds at top and part red cds at lower left, faint bend and small marginal scissor cut at SW corner, but a very handsome pair with good to very large margins, exceptionally showing additional wavy line at right and parts of two rosettes at top, a very desirable pair (SG £4’000)
