1865 (Oct 4) Envelope from Charlottetown to New London franked at internal rate by 1862-69 2d rose compound perf. 11 (at right) and 11.5-12 tied by very fine light “13” numeral, type P5 backstamp, cover a little reduced at left with minor creasing and age-spotting, still fine and attractive, a very scarce usage of the compound perf.
