Incoming mail from Mexico, 1886 (Dec 16). Printed envelope from the Dominican Republic Consulate at Acapulco sent to the 5th Division, franked by 1884 1c (2) & 4c (2), some faults, nevertheless one of just seven foreign incoming mails known.
