1903-1904 1/2a to 10R set in mint nh “SPECIMEN” blocks of four, the high values with “SPECIMEN” in violet and lower values with overprint in black, some with slightly toned gum, 10R with perf. fault at top, very fine and scarce, thought to have been used to cancel presentation sets and much rarer than the UPU specimen overprints (SG £1’900+)
