1854-55 4d pale blue unused block of four [69-70/89-90], close to large margins, showing diagonal plate scratch variety from top left frame of lower left stamp to base of Swan’s neck on top left stamp, cert. states diagonal paper crease at upper left and pressed vertical crease between impressions, fine appearance and a choice multiple, ex Vestey, cert.
