1859 Post Paid 1d. red, position 9, uncommon oily impression, very good margins on all sides, cancelled by barred oval hs on folded entire letter carried locally at Port Louis, struck on reverse with framed ‘PENNYPOST’ hs and crown ‘MAURITIUS/AP13 1859/GPO’ ds, one of only three local 1d rate covers recorded to date
