1859 Post Paid 1d. red, vertical strip of four, positions 2/5/8/11, good to wide margins for the most part, tied by framed ‘FREE’ hs to piece of cover endorsed ‘P. Northum via Marseille’, the strip has been lifted for inspection and hinged back to place, horizontal crease in centre between adhesives not detracting, a very fine and rare multiple
