1817 (Oct 21) Wrapper to England with two strikes of the “MAURITIUS / PACKET LETTER” unframed oval ds (type ID-1) as well as two partial strike of the “PORT LOUIS / UNPAID” hs (type IB-1), endorsed “p Badmus” and “7/-” rate mark for double rate for a packet letter, London arrival bs, sideflaps reduced and wax seal removed, attractive and very rare cover, one of only four recorded by Chand with type ID-1
