No stamps available’, franked Provisional 20 paras on 5 piastres green vertical pair tied by KORTI / 23 FE 85 Star and Crescent datestamp with another strike alongside, backstamped on arrival Chelsea March 17, 85, minor cvr wrinkles and small faults, a very scarce usage
