Struck on arrival with italic ‘Franca’ handstamp in black with reverse showing ALEXANDRIEN/14.7 circular datestamp and both Alexandria and Cairo circular datestamps, both with scarce ‘REGIE removed’, fine and scarce with the Franca mkg
