1869 (11.7) Incoming folded entire letter to Cairo, franked by 1867 10 s. blue pair, tied by LLOYD AGENZIE/SMIRNE datestamp in black. Struck on arrival with italic ‘Franca’ handstamp in black with reverse showing ALEXANDRIEN/14.7 circular datestamp and both Alexandria and Cairo circular datestamps, both with scarce ‘REGIE removed’, fine and scarce with the Franca mkg
