1864/65 (22.11) Folded wrapper to Solingen, Germany carried at the concessionary printed matter rate of 4 soldi, fully paid to destination with horizontal pair of 1864 2 soldi yellow tied by “ALEXANDRIEN/22.11” large type circular. Reverse with arrival (Dec 1) circular datestamp in black, an exceptional example of this extremely rare rate; signed Colla, cert. Ferchenbauer (2004); ex Anton Jerger.
