1901 Insufficiently franked picture postcard with 5c revenue stamp from Valparaiso to Uznach/Switzerland, VALPARAISO 24 XII 1900 desptach cds, card taxed upon arrival with Swiss postage due 1899 20c and cancelled UZNACH 4 II 01, treated as letter and taxed by 20c (wrong taxation by Swiss post – should have been 50c), cert.
