1901 Insufficiently franked item from Buenos Aires to Basel/Switzerland, not accepted as postcard nor as printed matter, 2c imprint plus pair of 1899-1903 Seated Liberty, underpaid 29 centavos (ms), the first taxation with Swiss postage due 1897 50c and 10c olive-green was cancelled with UNGULTIG s/l cancel and corrected sometime later with 50c only cancelled 25 VII 01, fine and scarce, confusing taxation
