1937 15th Ophthalmological Congress 5m enlarged blue-grey print, similar to the issued design, on carton paper, 20×13.7cm, entitled “Esquisse de Timbre-poste pour le Congress Ophthalmologique (Caire 1937)” with pencil notations for different colours of the design, some peripheral sellotape stains and surface abrasions from their removal, one of only two known
