1927 Statistical Congress, complete set of three, Royal oblique perforations in mint nh bottom left corner marginal plate blocks of four, numbered A/27, 10m with handling bend at top, 15m with faint vertical gum bend in margin, otherwise fine to very fine, extremely rare, one of only two possible control blocks sets
