1901 Picture postcard from Singapore to Zurich/Switzerland franked by 1899 3c brown, taxed on arrival by Swiss postage du 1897 20c(2) and 5c as card was not accepted as such but considered a letter, wrongly taxed as with the penalty the due should have amounted to 35c not 45c, fine and scarce
