1897 Ovpts on Zanzibar issues incl. “British East Africa” issue with two of each (except 1a), some showing “stop after Africa”, and mint set of 2 1/2 provisional surcharges plus some used, SG.90 showing strong offset of the surcharge on the gum, slightly mixed condition (SG £2’500+)
