1897 Ovpts on Zanzibar issues incl. « British East Africa » issue with two of each (except 1a), some showing « stop after Africa », and mint set of 2 1/2 provisional surcharges plus some used, SG.90 showing strong offset of the surcharge on the gum, slightly mixed condition (SG £2’500+)
